How Can I Make a Difference?
Donating time and energy to Feral Cat Assistance can be fun and rewarding! Read the volunteer areas below to see what interests you, then please call us at 336.378.0878. We need your help!
Please click here to download our Volunteer Information Sheet.
| Adoption Fairs Help screen people interested in adopting our foster animals or help run adoption fairs. |
| Foster Parenting and Babysitting
Foster and socialize feral kittens and cats or help baby sit when the foster parent is out-of-town. |
| Bottle Feeding FCAP often receives calls about litters of orphaned kittens that need bottle feeding to survive. Volunteers who bottle feed should have a flexible schedule and be able to commit to round-the-clock care for a period up to four to six weeks. |
| Cage Cleaning Many of FCAP’s foster cats are showcased at our local PetsMart. We need volunteers to tidy up their cages. You can offer your time as often as your schedule permits. |
| Voice Line We need volunteers who are organized and good with the public to return phone calls received on our voice line. |
| Cat Trapping If you have experience trapping feral cats and kittens or would like to learn how, then join our resource team. |

Spay Day |
Fund-Raising and Marketing Channel your creative energy into raising money for critters! Help FCAP develop new ways to fund our program and to inform the community about the important services we provide. |
Grant Writing and Newsletter Writing We need your expertise if you have experience writing grants and brief articles or if you have photographic, editing or desk-top publishing skills. |
