Cat's Cradle Adoption Program
Welcome to the CCAP nursery!
We invite you to meet the newest little members of our program. We are extremely excited to offer a chance to share in our blessed events through our website.
Some of these little ones are not yet old enough to leave the foster nursery but will be very soon. To see the pictures and read the stories of these kittens, click here.
If you are interested in providing a permanent home for a kitten once he/she is discharged from the nursery, please complete an on-line application. Select “adoption” on the home page and click on “on-line adoption application form” . Once your application is approved, plans will be made so that you may become a part of your kitten’s nursey experience. Visiting hours may be arranged so that you can participate in your kitten’s socialization and over all care.
If you do not have room in your home for a kitten but would like to help a little one out, we encourage you to become a donor. You can make an on-line donation of any amount to CCAP nursery operating fund. Just select “donation” on the home page. The money will be used to help pay for the health care of our program members. Or, for a $100 donation, you can sponsor a specific kitten. Sponsors are invited to give the little one a name and will be identified as the kitten’s sponsor on his/her petfinder information page. The money will be used to help pay for the health and general care of the kitten.
Thank you for visiting the CCAP nursery. We offer a special thanks to all of our CCAP nursery donors and sponsors. You are helping to make the nursery a possibility so that we may give all of our little ones a healthy and happy start to life.
Feral Cat Assistance Program (FCAP) originated out of a need to do something to help the forgotten, unseen, and unwanted feral cats and kittens that struggled to survive in the Piedmont triad communities. The goal was to provide free sterilization for feral cats and kittens if the caregiver was willing to sign a care agreement. Based on this goal, FCAP set up a monthly free spay/neuter clinic that annually treats up to 600 cats.
The clinics are only possible through the generosity of vets who donate their expertise, the dedicated volunteers who give countless hours, and of course the contributions made by people who care deeply for the feral cats and kittens in our community and support the efforts of FCAP.
Donations of cash, supplies, and time are needed and greatly appreciated.
