FCAP is a volunteer non-profit feral cat advocacy organization that supports non-lethal population of feral and stray cats through a well managed trap-neuter-return program.
FCAP respects the sanctity of life for feral cats. By implementing a trap-neuter-return program the feral cats are able to return to their outside homes under the watchful care of compassionate caregivers, thereby improving their quality of life and reducing the feral cat population.
